Behind the success story, we recall and appreciate dedicated services rendered by Late Mr.Shamsuddin Ghawte & his colleagues, the patronage & co-operation of Rabodi Masjid Trust, Mominpura Jama Masjid Trust & Islami Deeni Jamat, Rabodi, Thane. Our Students’ hard work, Teachers’ dedicated & continuous guidance. Parents’ patronage, our Society’s endeavour, Government of Maharashtra & Education Department’s support & beside all these, our well-wishers’ timely help & blessings have made our institutions ‘IDEAL’ in Thane.
Ideal Education Society’s Goal is to enable our students to add value to others’ lives. Hence, the Society has resolved to continue to impart quality education & promote National Integration, which will help them in retaining moral & cultural heritage & groom them as respectable & valuable citizens of our community & country. It is matter of pride for us that our Society, which is predominantly a Muslim Educational Organisation, has, at the helm of its affairs, aHindu Brahman - Late Mr. Sham Sunder Sharma as its President & the Trusteewho expired on 13.06.2019. It is a unique example of National Integration. Late Mr. Sharma had been associated with the Society right from its inception. He was a Mechanical, Civil & Electronic Engineer & a recipient of President of India’s Gold Medal twice, for import substitution and saving of foreign Exchange.
Achievments and Awards
TRUSTEES
- Dr Zahir Kazi: Appointed as new trustee from 20.03.2021. Dr Zahir Kazi has enjoyed a long and varied career in Medical, Academy and Social activities. Qualification wise Dr. Zahir Kazi holds an M.D, DMRD, M.B.B.S (University of Mumbai), FMRI (U.S.A), MAIUM (U.S.A) degrees attributed to his achievements. He is also the President of Anjuman-I- Islam - Mumbai, a century old largest educational and social welfare organization.
- Mr. Mohd. Ismail Nerekar: Appointed as Senior Trustee and Advisor from 01.04.2022. A Commerce Graduate with Honours and 3 First Class P.G. Diploma holder in Management Studies. A retired Chief Employee Relations Manager of M/s Indian Oil Corporation Limited – a Fortune 500 Company. Recipient of Thane Gaurav Award from Thane Municipal Corporation for Educational & Social work. Also received Senior Citizens Gaurav Award from Rotary Club of Thane & Yashwantrao Chauhan Pratishthan, Thane.
- Mr. M. Altaf Ghawte: With a B.Com L.D.C. education and 35 years in banking, they served 14 years as a Legal Officer in the Legal and Recovery department at Head Office before retiring as a Branch Manager.
PRESIDENT
Dr. Zahir I Kazi:He has been unanimously elected as the President of the Society from 28.07.2019. He has been elected president of Anjuma I Islam, a century old largest educational and social welfare organization, since November 2009. In this role, he chairs the Council of Anjuman I Islam Board. Dr. Zahir I Kazi has enjoyed a long and varied career in Medical, Academy and Social activities. Qualification wise, Dr. Zahir I Kazi has an M.D, DMRD, M.B.B.S (University of Mumbai), FMRI (U.S.A), MAIUM (U.S.A.) degrees attributed to his achievements. Within Anjuma I Islam, he held a quite a number of trustworthy positions before finally becoming the President. Before achieving the position of a President within Anjuman I Islam, he was an Elected and held the position of Member of General Council of Anjuman I Islam 20 years, held the position of Executive chairman, board of Tibbia College and Hospital and finally the Honorable General Secretary.
Dr. Zahir I Kazi has many Awards and Achievements for his contributions. To name a few, he
- Dr Zahir Kazi has been awarded the ICON OF CHANGE for being recognized as one of the most influential personalities among “101 PRABHAVSHALI MAHARASHTRAINS in the book released by the Govt. OF Maharashtra in July 2022.
- He was also invited by H.U.M.A (Harvard University Muslim Alumni Association) – Cambridge (U.S.A) to give a talk on his journey and its impact on the Society.
- Represented India at 12th youth goodwill mission to Japan
- Was awarded for his outstanding service in field of medicine by EKTA foundation and in the field of Education by SEWAA at the hands of then Chief Minister of Maharashtra

- Ex-Members of student council University of Mumbai
- Ex-Secretary of Doctors club of Bombay Hospital
- Member of Sub Committee for Club Affiliation, Mumbai Cricket Association
- Awarded best all round student in MBBS

VICE - PRESIDENTS
- Mr. Burhan Harris: He has been appointed as Vice President of the Society from 01.04.2022 He is the Hon. Exc Chairman of Anjuman-I-Islam A.R Kalsekar Technical Campus.
- Mr. Maqsood Bape: A businessman by profession and owner of “BAPE DECORATORS”. He has been helping the Institution from time to time by supplying decoration & utility materials & labour, besides sponsoring events on important occasions free of charge. He has been honored with the “Thane Gunijan Award” by Thane Municipal Corporation in August 2022.
- Mr. Zaid A. Bape:
SECRETARY GENERAL
Mr. Asad Mulla: Appointed as Secretary General from 01.04.2022. A Mechanical Engineer by profession with post-graduation in International Business. He has around 20 years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in Domestic and International Market. Currently working as Dy. General Manager for an Engineering Company in Mumbai, taking care of Domestic and International markets.
CHAIRMAN EDUCATION COMMITTEE
Dr. Faisal Bape: He has been appointed as Chairman of Edu. Committee of Ideal High School & Jr. College w.e.f 01.04.2022. He is an orthopedic surgeon by profession and an ex-alumni of Ideal High School.
Qualification: M.B.B.S, M.S (Orthopedic Surgery), D'Ortho, AFIH. He is running his own hospital in Bhiwandi by name Danish Hospital.
